The event was hosted by Staybridge Suites with presentations by Lend Lease and Vauxhall One.
This evening’s event focused on the essentials of responsible city development and discussed the changing faces of two well-known areas of South London – Vauxhall and Elephant & Castle.
The concern of both developers is not simply to deliver new buildings but also to build a place for a community to work, live and relax. In what proved to be a very interesting evening, they:
• Explained the important elements needed in delivering a successful regeneration project.
• Showcased and explained the developments planned and already taking place in Vauxhall and Elephant & Castle.

The evening also included an opportunity for people to network over a complimentary buffet with wine and soft drinks.
