Lunch was served in the Elements Restaurant & Bar\, which serves international cuisine in a contemporary style. \nMENU\nFirst Course \nSoup of the Day served with warm bread roll \nOR \nSautee Garlic Prawns with mango salsa and lettuce \nOR \nParma Ham & Melon with raspberry coulis and mixed green salad \n  \nSecond Course \nHerb Crusted Grilled 7oz Lamb Rump served with roasted garlic mash potatoes\, cherry tomatoes and red wine jus \nOR \nPan Fried Fillet of Sea Bass with Citrus Crust with butternut squash\, asparagus and lemon bruere blanc \nOR \nWild Mushroom Ravioli in Basil Pesto Sauce garnished with shaved grana padano and garlic bread \nThird Course \nBaked Vanilla Cheese Cake with Berry Coulis \nOR     \nChocolate Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream \nOR \nFresh Fruit Salad/Mango Sorbet \n  \nCost was £26 per head for two courses or £29 for three; this included glass of wine or soft drink. Service was optional and at the diners discretion.
